Our diet is the most powerful determinant of our overall health and wellness – it can be our best ally or our worst enemy. While genetics play a role in our susceptibility or predisposition to dis-ease, it is environment and lifestyle factors (nutrition, stress, sleep, relaxation, physical activity, toxic load) that “flip the switch.” We are not doomed to suffer from the same health fates as our family members or society – there are many things we can do! 

If you are tired of dealing with hormonal issues, fatigue, weight struggles, and anxiety and have gotten no relief from allopathic or conventional approaches you need a holistic, whole-body approach to target the root cause.

As a nutrition consultant I help people of all ages achieve optimal health by educating and empowering them so they can live a fuller and happier life. Being Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® enables me to serve you with the best, most current research and advanced nutritional science. My specialties include: peri-menopause and menopause symptoms; hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis; blood sugar imbalances/insulin resistance; adrenal fatigue or insufficiency and the stress response; and digestive concerns. When working one-on-one with me we will develop a personalized program that will tackle the root cause of your symptoms to improve your health, vitality, and help your reach your goals. I will help you identify the likely root cause(s) of your health concerns by a thorough review of your health history including environmental stresses, family history, diet, stress and emotional health. Together, we will co-create a wellness vision and plan to bring your body back into balance. You will learn how to take control of your health through nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Nourish to Flourish Strategy Session (20min)
In this complimentary 20 minute phone consult we will discuss your health concerns and goals and I will answer any questions you have about my practice and how I may be able to help you. I view our work together as a partnership, where we will co-create a wellness vision and plan to help you achieve your goals. This discovery session can help you determine your readiness for change, and if we are a good fit before committing to any sessions or programs with me. 

Personalized Nutrition and Lifestyle Consulting
A personalized program that will tackle the root cause of your symptoms to improve your health, vitality, and help your reach your goals. I will help you identify the likely root cause(s) of your health concerns and we will co-create a wellness vision and plan to bring your body back into balance.  

Initial Consultation (90min) – $200
The initial consult includes:
– A detailed review of your health history including environmental stresses, family history, diet, stress and emotional health as well as your personal goals.
– An analysis of your current diet and symptoms.
– Identification of the likely root cause(s) of your health concerns.
-Diet and lifestyle strategies to help you reach your goals.
-A summary of your initial consultation with a plan moving forward.

Individual Follow-Up Appointments (60min) – $100
In these 60 minute sessions we will discuss and review your personalized program to keep you on track to accomplish your health goals. You may book as many follow-up sessions as you would like.

Custom Coaching Packages
Customize your own monthly coaching package based on your individual needs and goals! The main benefit of a coaching package is the commitment and investment you are making to yourself and your health and personal growth. Growth and development take time. That is why coaching packages include multiple sessions available over a couple of months, that can be held weekly or bi-weekly (you decide the frequency).  Your custom package can even include a Grocery Store Tour and Pantry Makeover.  A complimentary Cronometer Gold Account (valued at $8.99/mo) is included in the coaching package to help you track your nutrition during our work together. *Complimentary Cronometer Gold Account is valid for duration of the coaching package.

Eating for Health® Class Series October, 2022

In this four part class series participants will learn the basics of Eating for Health® to promote overall health and wellness. This class series will be offered on Tuesday evenings (October 4, 11, 18, 25) from 7:00-8:00pm EST via Zoom. This class series is donation based.
