Individual Coaching Session (60min)
An individual 60 minute consulting session can be a perfect solution if you are looking to have your current dietary intake assessed or need some help figuring out how many calories, proteins, carbs and fats you should be consuming based on your activity levels and wellness goals. These 60 minute sessions are also a great way to get guidance on topics such as going gluten free, supporting healthy hormone levels during perimenopause and menopause, and improving digestion. Or maybe you’ve completed a 3 or 6 month coaching program and have a few more goals you want to tackle or just need an accountability check-in? In these 60 minute sessions we can discuss and review your personalized program to keep you on track to accomplish your health goals. You may book as many follow-up sessions as you would like.
